Nvoicepay Error Uploading files - Certificate Change

Issue:
SFTP isn't connecting for invoicing, unable to connect with WinSCP on the app server.

Reason:
Certificate change on the Corpay/Nvoicepay side.

Event Viewer Errors will look similar to this:

Resolution:

Step 1. Open WINSCP and log into Nvoicepay.
We are presented with the following pop-up message:

Step 2. Select Update to update the RSA Keys.

Step 3. Within WINSCP, Navigate to the Nvoicepay Error folder on the left side and pull over any missed files to the InvoicesToPay folder.


Step 4. Move the missed files from the Error folder into the Archive folder. (Delete any duplicate Invoices)
Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Procede Software\User\Nvoicepay\Error
Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Procede Software\User\Nvoicepay\Archive
The file(s) are now present in the archive folder. And any missed should now be processed.
